July 20, 2017

More consumers are clearly diversifying their shopping. According to a new study, 54% of consumer prefer to shop in a physical store, while 46% prefer other, non-traditional methods of shopping (33% desktop, 8% mobile, 4% app, 1% voice-controlled device).

When comparing this preference with actual shopping behavior, thestudy found that 59% of consumers shop in-store at least once a week and 29% shop online weekly.
